Luke Pilgrim wrote this Inspirational song after losing his Grandmother to breast cancer.

Pilgrim shared this; "I wrote this song when my grandmother passed away, so it's very close to my heart. I'd like to dedicate this release to her memory but it's also for you guys. For anyone out there who has lost someone they love. It's about moving past that hollow empty pain inside and filling it with the love and joyful memories of our loved ones. This is a tribute to everyone who has made the journey back home before us."
