Beast fight and die
Washing away all the pain
Friendly faces run and hide
Take away the answer
It does not satisfy
The reason why people have to cry

Run away
I don’t want you here anymore
The disease is spreading
Emptiness has covered me
Escape before its too late
Fever spreads throughout my body
Hunger for your love
But you come and go
But you fight
But you fight
But you fight and die

The evening rain
Takes away my pain
I look around to find you now
But you’re no longer here
Emptiness
Emptiness is what I feel
No one here to fill the space
Of were you once belonged

I ask you why
Why do people have to cry
Time and time again
The answer never satisfies
The reason why we have to cry
Why do we cry
Why do we cry
I don’t know why
We have to cry
