Louie Thompson - Next Time

I hate this feeling
of being all alone.
I feel like my heart,
is turning to stone.

Is it possible to forget
what it means to love?
Forget the feeling
of being in love.

I need someone's shoulder
to turn and cry on.
But when I turn around
everyone seems to be gone.

I want to know
when I will love again.
When can't I be more
than just another friend?

I've learned from my mistakes
that have happened in the past.
Hopefully next time I love
I'll make it last!
