Why do we do it? Why do we put ourselves through it?
I guess its cause we’re only human we’re all the same
Isn’t it a shame we don’t see it at the start
We only notice at the end but by that time we’re falling apart

As one begins to tell the others heart starts to break
Could the person you love cause this pain and heartache
How can you tell the person you’ve loved for so long?
But to let it carry on would just be wrong

As one begins to confess the others crying a mess
Could the person I loved unconditionally be telling me this?
What did I do wrong? When did this happen?
Someone wake me up this cant be true the person that treats me with such kindness and care
If this isn’t a dream I don’t think I could bare

As one tries to comfort the other doesn’t want to know
How can I talk to you I feel like you’ve just ripped my heart out
If I lost you I would lose what im all about
I can’t talk to you right now I need time to figure you decision out
The person I’ve cared for know longer loves me
How I was so blind and didn’t see everything that was happening around me! !
