Lost Dog Returned to Owner After Two Weeks Missing

: "Charlie is a 17-year-old blind and deaf snoodle. He went missing and was gone for 2 weeks. The owner's hired a tracking service to try to find him and the tracking dogs kept leading them to edge of the lake. On the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, friends went to their house on Halsey Island, which is not accessible from land and found a dog curled up on rocks on the edge of their property. I was called and told about the dog and the description was similar to Charlie. I asked them to send a picture and I went to the Facebook post about the missing dog and found the owner's phone number. I texted them the photo saying I thought it was Charlie and they called immediately confirming it was. I arranged for the owner to meet me at the marina while the dog was driven by from the island to the mainland."
