Los dinamiteros

Don Benito (José Isbert), Doña Pura (Sara García) y Don Augusto (Carlo Pisacane) son tres pensionados que rozan los ochenta años y que suelen coincidir cada mes en las colas de las ventanillas de la mutualidad para cobrar su pensión. Un día se enteran de que Don Felipe (Luis Heredia), un conocido mutuo, está muy enfermo y sin dinero para un entierro decente. Tras visitarlo, acuden a pedir un préstamo a la mutualidad para ayudar a su amigo, pero no se lo conceden. Indignados por las injusticias de la vida, sobre todo a su edad, y por la burocracia y sus impedimentos, deciden atracar la mutualidad donde cobran sus míseras pensiones. Pero antes de llevar a cabo su plan se dedican a practicar y aprender lo necesario para poder ejecutar el robo perfecto. Mientras tanto, cada uno va pensando en qué gastará su parte del botín.

Don Benito (José Isbert), Doña Pura (Sara García), and Don Augusto (Carlo Pisacane) are three pensioners nearing eighty who regularly meet each month in line at the mutual aid society to collect their pensions. One day, they learn that Don Felipe (Luis Heredia), a fellow member of the society, is very ill and lacks the funds for a decent funeral. After visiting him, they go to the society to request a loan to help their friend, but are denied. Outraged by life's injustices, especially at their age, and by the bureaucracy and its obstacles, they decide to rob the society where they collect their meager pensions. But before carrying out their plan, they dedicate themselves to practicing and learning everything necessary to execute the perfect heist. Meanwhile, each of them is already thinking about how they will spend their share of the loot.
