Lorry crashes at toll booth, killing one

Footage, from China, of an out-of-control lorry crashing into another truck while the driver was paying the fee at a toll gate, killing one person.

The footage, filmed in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province last Friday, shows the toll officer taking money from the driver, when suddenly the vehicle is hit and pushed several metres up the road.

According to local reports, the brakes failed on the lorry behind so it plowed into the vehicle parked at the toll booth.

A driver and a passenger trapped in the lorry behind were rescued by firefighters but the driver later died in hospital.
