The rain falls you look at me
As I’m standing there,
You can see
I’m crying
With tears of pain
Tears of joy
Nothing can destroy
I run away from the world
And you can see
The pain that I can see
The pain that I’ve been through
And it’s still going,
You run after me
But can not get me
I run feather and feather away
I look to see where you are
But your not there
When I look around again
Your staring at me
You pull me into a hug
And say “everything is going to be ok, I’m here for you”
I stare at you
And see you’re the face of the angel
Staring back at me
