The local lemonade seller made a mess with the waste lemon peel around his trolly of lemonade near Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. Meanwhile, houseflies dance on the peels and the wet mud around them. Did we say anything about hygiene outside one of India's and Asia's largest hospitals?
