Move to the 190th floor by the elevator of the Harvel Tower.
Go up the tower further to Sky Town.
Obtain Stone of Cloud.
Talking with the residents of Sky Town.
Acquire 5 spells (up to Inspection).
Purchase and equip Stone of Fighter.
Join Sky Castle and chat with people.
Fall from the cloud gap outside the castle to Water Castle.
Obtain ID-Card.
Defeat Treant to get Food.
