Loke promises higher pay for air traffic controllers
Description
Transport Minister Anthony Loke has promised air traffic controllers that a higher salary scale is in the works.
He said it's currently difficult to fill vacancies due to the pay scale being tied to the pay scale of the civil service.
He revealed this during the 30th anniversary dinner of Malaysia Air Traffic Controller’s Association (MATCA) in conjunction with the International Day of Air Traffic Controller on Saturday.
