Loire Valley Cabernet Franc Tasting

For today's tasting, I grabbed a Chinon (2010 Rive Gauche) and a red Sancerre (2009 Laporte Le Bouquet Cabernet Franc). Both of these areas are fairly unrecognized by the average consumer, which is a shame because they produce some awesome wines, so the question is, are these two of them?
