PM Modi told state governments that lockdown should be the last option in the fight against Coronavirus. Lockdown affected always migrants workers who earn on daily basis. They have to leave cities, for survival. In the mid-Covid crisis, many states have imposed lockdown. Migrants' workers are against suffering from pain. They are against moving towards their home.
