cement to concrete; fibers to walls
we grow together
we are the pillars of our empire
obscuring everything into shadow
every trace
every curve
every hint
are designed for us to be together
interlocking
and tessellating
kisses
locks up
assembled with salty lips
of sodium chloride
and chemical admixtures
of spanish lessons
and world literary

two lips
two pair of hands
two chests
two crotches
two hearts
a couple of souls,
one love
