LIVNI: NETANYAHU NEEDS DIRECTION TO STOP CRISIS

Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni took aim at Prime Minister Netanyahu for creating a crisis in US Israel relations. Netanyahus government announced plans to build 1600 homes in Ramat Shlomo in the West Bank all while US Vice-President Joe Biden was visiting the area. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called the announcement insulting. Livni added that the world is not predisposed against Israel, saying reality can be changed.
