Living Things Grow And change

they have a change in their shape and size. when a seed is sown in the soil, it germinates. gradually it becomes a big plant and bear branches, leaves, buds, flowers and fruits. A hen lays an egg. when it hatches the egg, a chicken comes out of it. the chicken grows in a hen or cock. this hen also lays eggs. similarly a baby become a young boy or girl in a few years. then he /she grows into an adult and in the end, old. both plants and animals grow but their growth is not alike . there is a little difference between their growth. as a plant observes it gradual growth, it bears new branches and new leaves. Later, gets buds which turns into flower. on the contrary, animals do not get new parts of the body. they have the same path in the end as they had in the very beginning of the life. plant grow throughout their lives but animal grow till a definite time. plants have new branch and leaves place of their broken branch and leaves, but in animal's body no path grows if it is cut and separated.
