Oh, my goodness - I don’t know. It was such fun coming through. I mean, who doesn’t want to speak on joy? That’s nuts. Yeah, we’re all kinda nuts, aren’t we? That’s the way of our programming, though - that’s ot us. Well, this journal is half devoted to finding the little things in your life that create those moments of joy - and then basking in them - amplifying that, just by the flow of your attention. See how that works? I do ;) Okay, as we all know, nature can restore us to blessing and balance. So just taking short little breaks on the lawn, near the plants...heck, if you can’t go camping, so what? Everyone can do this. It’s no big deal. Oh, the mind makes it out like you’re being lazy or something - doesn’t it? Well, admit it - we’re all work-a-holics, to some extent or another. Our work may be differently defined - it may be just taking care of the children, or that hobby we slave over. Whatever it is, take a break, now and then - back off from it. Give yourself a breather - gain some perspective. The big thing here is deserving. How deserving do you feel? Come on, look into your self. Turn that vision around from being so out-focused, and look within. This is the blessing - though it can be challenging - that observing brings - or that it can. That part’s up to you. Now, this stuff is not directly in the live video journal. I’m going on here - though I didn’t intend it - actually set out not to make it happen - I’ve got that circular thing going again... where there’s one “transcript,” but two videos.
