Not necessarily in perfect shape, or anything, but at least not in the depths of challenge, where I’ve spent the last number of days. So, I share with you at least some of the fruit of my tough times. Well, more like what helped me come out of it. (Those fruits are still ripening ;) Most of this revolves around physical reality being the Matrix or the Hologram - not real at all, the way we take it to be. I had my own odd experience of awakening this morning with no pain for a few short minutes - boy, did I relish those! My friend, Lady X, was a bulwark of support to help pull me through this. She took care of a lot, spiritually. She’s not only very intuitive, but her specialty is psychology. She can look at you or a situation and see right through it to what’s underneath - psychologically. This amounts to going within, to working on yourself - which we all need to do. It is critical that we both face and be willing to deal with much crap that is and will be arising for us in these last days of 3D. All that we do along these lines is support of upliftment - of our ascension. It all makes a difference.
