Lismore flood recovery program provides examples for future disasters

Four years on from the devastating Lismore floods the disaster recovery program that followed is being wound down. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent on a house buyback program. And while the government said it's provided a template for what to do next time frustrated locals said it was also provided examples of what not to do.
