How to Make the Liquid Indulgence Alcoholic Milkshake

Liquid Indulgence says it all about this libacious after dinner sipper. It is the perfect drinkable "little something" dessert! A splash of Mezcal adds a touch of smoke and earthiness to an otherwise creamy, delectable end to your meal.

Recipe:
1 1/2 cups ice
2 shots espresso, cooled (about 2 1/2 ounces)
1 cup high quality vanilla cream
4 Tbsp. caramel sauce
----------------------------
4 ounces Mezcal
Fleur de sel for garnishing

Instructions:
In the Quite One blender by Vita Mix, blender cup, add the ice, espresso, ice cream, and caramel sauce. Blend on setting #5, consistency should be smooth. Pour into 4 small chilled glasses. Drizzle the top of each drink with mescal and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Serve with a small espresso spoon or stir stick- stir before drinking.
