Description

The tears of frustration in our faces can no longer endure obscurity,

The pains in our hearts will continue to bucket down like the rain,

The whiff of fear surging through us must continue unabated,
Unless thou Pharaohs whose political savvy is nothing as opposed to a toy make our nation a haven for-

Peace

Equity

Love

Unity and brotherhood!
Nigeria as a dove, should glow in the face of darkness, like the moon, but thou Pharaohs had made it remain in everlasting darkness!

Who will bring joy to the despodent waifs and strays of the society?
Where has justice been?
When will you Pharaohs think of freedom?
Where is the egalitarian society you had promised?

We had endured all these years of propitious leadership with stoicism: isn't it time you have mercy on us?

Oh Pharaoahs! Puffed up with pride, must we be forced to pander to your every whim?
