LinkWare Live - New Features Fall 2016

Learn about some of the new features added to LinkWare Live in the Fall of 2016.
Test Setup Reuse: the test set up reuse feature lets you reuse any of the last five test setups you've created that use standard cable types. this reduces the time it takes you to set up new projects. To use this feature, select a project on the dashboard click new test setup click on the media drop-down and select a recently used test setup. now enter a description for the new test setup and save it.
Recycle Bin: when you delete a project, it goes into the recycle bin. the recycle bin keeps deleted projects for 30 days Note that only deleted projects with their test results and test setups go into the recycle bin. when you delete individual test results or setups those do not go into the recycle bin . To restore a project click show recycle bin on the dashboard then click the restore button next to the project.
Guided Tours: If you're a new user LinkWare Live guided tours can help you get going. the tour pop up show the first time you log into LinkWare Live. they guide you through procedures and explain features on the screens. there are different tours for different pages. to see the tour at any time for the page you're on click your name in the upper right corner then click take tour.

Test Results Details: the test results pane let you see details from your test results for fiber results you can see details such as measurements for individual events and the settings for certified pro and occupy protesters can also see in phases from fiber inspector tests. For copper results, you can see measurements for each wire pair and you can see the wire map.

License Assignment: Now when you add new users you can assign licenses to the user when you
send them your invitation.
