linda jenkinson - His Language
0 Views • Nov 10, 2014
Description
His alphabet undecipherable
Yet nothing guttural gutters forth to my ear
No words I cannot bear to hear-
Mere symmetries escape his lips
That draw me near to hear his unknown words
As he holds my hand over his heart
As he meanders with me.
I speak my words with a new array
Each one flows with a heartbeat
What can I say?
This new language is stunning me to
An unknown place with peace without rhyme-
As it murmurs us into parts of the other
His language becomes understandable...
Not decipherable and yet
Translatable.
