Oy vey, it's adding to my head
this noise that would wake up the dead
a crowded farm menagerie
to burst the verseful bestiary
but I will ask my rabbi who
will tell about pru u r'vu
to one who said there's no more room
and filled his house with dread and gloom;
his rov sent in some chickens, geese,
some cows and sheep with woolly fleece
some tourists and some bible preachers,
kids and ball fans from their bleachers,
icecream vans and braying asses,
roofers and the smelly masses,
till the ba'al habayit cried
Stop now! My wife will have me fried!
His rov dismissed the beasts and birds
their odors and their messy turds,
the kids, their icecreams and the cats,
the preachers in their furry hats
until the house was nice and still.
His wife went off her kidless pill
and then they did pru u rvu
with peaceful ears, this story's true.
