It isn’t possible
To not do harm
We bring along
Our hurts
Our injuries
And then transfer it

Demons we have tried to escape
Either pushing them under the rug
Or pretending they never happened

Forget
Deny
We just cant
It sneaks up
At some point in our life

The raw deal
We get
Is put upon us all
In one fashion or another

Who you are in not
What has been done to you

How long can you blame the past
For now
My actions
My deeds belong to only myself

When is me responsible for me?
