Peru is a tremendous South American country, and Lima is the thriving capital of the country. You may not realize that Lima hosts world champion surfing. The country also is proud of some world class food. During my trip to Peru, I got to know the friendly and optimistic people of Lima. I also had the opportunity to visit a number of the Peruvian restaurants. It is the kind of food you will not find anywhere else unless a Peruvian opens a restaurant in your home town. Chiviche is perhaps the most popular and enjoyable food that you’ll find in Peru.
