...Is the sun not beautiful enough
to make you want to smile? ...
...Is a rainbow not big enough
to make you want to look its way? ...
...Are raindrops not magical enough
to make you want to feel the on your face? ...
...Is a short hello not enough
to make you want to know more? ...

I met you out of nowhere...
I hadn't noticed you were there...
We talked and though it was
as short as a morning breeze...
I knew we had met before...

Like when there's nothing to hide
and it seems as if you're talking to the starry sky...
...I said everything...
unable to lie, unable to fight, just floating...
into the unknown...

And I wondered and thought
something I had only said to myself before...
...Is this real? ...
and I know I said it, and part of me knew
maybe I shouldn't have...but I did...
showed my insecurities about the unknown...
and I realized I was saying it...
because the unknown had once before hurt me
like thunder and burned my heart like a blossom
that had no chance for sunshine...

But... you know?
You have a way of saying things...
a way of caring and showing love,
a way of hugging and a way of being...you...
that makes me smile...

And I say to myself...
'As perfect as that perfect rain outside...
I want to keep this moment and this smile
forever...no matter what.'
