‘Lil Billy’ Nearly 'Explodes' With Excitement in Firework Store

Viral star Lil Billy decided to take a trip to a nearby firework store in Waco, Texas, and completely lost the run of himself.

The parody character, played by Charles Outlaw, was in his element; singing his favorite pop songs and browsing through the vast selection of fireworks this store had to offer.
