1. Skip the hair mask, put some coconut oil in your shampoo a few times a week. Awesome.
2. Skip the juice, put some raspberries (and blueberries if you want, but raspberries taste unreal) in some water and blend it. Awesome.
2.5. The wheatgrass "ice cubes" I use are actually frozen wheat grass that is supposed to be used in smoothies, but I put it in my water. Awesome.
3. Put a conditioning moisturizer on your feet before bed and a cotton sock on top. This one is a classic and works every darn-tootin-time. Awesome.
4. I use the Sleep Cycle app. http://www.sleepcycle.com
I move a lot in my sleep and it legit works. It's harder when you're having a little slumber party and there is a lot of movement but it really works. Set a half hour window for when you want to wake up and it wakes you up during the best part of your sleep cycle. But try not to sleep with your phone too close to you if you can. Awesome.
5. Aloe vera plant, healing, toning, evening, moisturizing, soothing. What more could you want? I've been using this stuff since I was a kid and it's great. I recommend it. Awesome.
6. Fix your posture, pay attention to it. Sleep in positions that are good for your spine. When I'm in a normal standing position, I always am flexing, it has become what is most comfortable for me. Good balance and posture are really important for an even body. Awesome.
7. I drink out of a massive glass to make sure I get enough water. Otherwise I mark a massive water bottle with times that it should be drunk by. Give it a try if you are susceptible to not getting enough water. Water is one of the greatest beauty tools. Awesome.
8. Put baby powder on greasy hair, it's gentle, blends easily into lighter hair (don't use as much if your hair is dark). It works for me unless my hair is irredeemably greasy. But I won't get into that. Awesome.
9. I like milk that doesn't expire to quickly. Almond milk is my go to. It's a good substitute. Awesome.
10. If you have a harsh cleanser, only use it at night before your nightly treatments. Don't try out your skin too much, it doesn't need all that cleansing in most cases. Awesome.
