Les forces du Conseil national de transition (CNT) au pouvoir en Libye ont conclu mardi un accord préliminaire pour entrer sans combattre dans le bastion kadhafiste de Bani Walid, à 150 km au sud-est de Tripoli, annonce Al Djazira. Les hommes du CNT devraient y pénétrer un fois l'accord formalisé, ce qui pourrait être fait à la mi-journée, précise la chaîne de télévision qatarie.
