Libya is burning

A fuel depot burns in Libya -- again.

It's the second time the fuel depot near the international airport south of Tripoli has been hit in just one week as rival militias battle for control.

This comes as Libya's newly elected House of Representatives holds its first session, holed up in a heavily guarded provincial hotel.

Armed factions are turning the two biggest cities, Tripoli and Benghazi, into battlefields.

Last week, firefighters battled for days to control the same fuel tank after it was hit by a rocket.

Western governments have evacuated most of their diplomats after two weeks of fighting.

They hope a new parliament will lead to dialogue to help quell country's worst fighting since the 2011 war that ousted Muammar Gaddafi.
