Libya declares ceasefire but rebels say attacks continue

Libya declared Friday an immediate ceasefire in the month-long battle against rebels fighting to overthrow strongman Moamer Kadhafi, but the insurgents dismissed it as a bluff and Washington demanded action, not words.
