Libya ballots set on fire

Libyans go to the polls in the country's first free national election in 60 years.

But in the eastern city of Benghazi, the cradle of last year's uprising which is now seeking more autonomy from the interim government, protesters stormed polling stations and burned hundreds of ballot papers.

Reporters saw protesters driving away shooting in the air as ballot slips burned.

In one Benghazi neighbourhood, pro-federalism protesters shot at a polling station injuring one voter.
