Yours is the last name,
That passes my lips,
Before I sleep,
Before I dream.

Those dreams,

In the heavens above.

These three words,
I say too much,
But still,
Not enough.

Until the heavens,
Come crashing down.

All that I am,
All that I ever was,
Is captured,
In your perfect heart.

Time spent idle,
Would be time,
I'd rather spend,
With you.

Talking like,
The best of friends,
The closest of friends,
The perfect friends.

I think about you,
Day and night.
Of the memories we've shared.
And those to come?

Let not,
Foolish, hasty words,
Ruin what we had.
Let there be more to come.

Take pity,
On a broken heart,
And it's,
Undying love
