The pop act Lexs from Basel-City Switzerland makes danceable pop music with catchy melodies that are on the pulse of the times and at the same time reminicent of the 80s and 90s. The straight Disco Pops always arise in cooperation. While singer and guitarist Bene is responsible for the lyrics along with the music, drummer Martin also takes over the sound programming. Since 2010 Lexs could have some success. 2013 the duo managed to the semifinals of the band contest «MyCokeMusic» and counted in 2014 among the 15 most promising Swiss Acts of «M4Music-Democlinic» in the category Pop.

Der Basler Pop Act Lexs macht tanzbare Popmusik mit eingängigen Melodien, die sich am Puls der Zeit bewegt und gleichzeitig an die 80er- und 90er-Jahre erinnert. «Après-Ski für Anspruchsvolle», wie mal ein befreundeter Musiker sagte. Die geradlinigen Discoknaller entstehen immer in Zusammenarbeit. Während Sänger und Gitarrist Bene nebst der Musik für die Texte verantwortlich ist, übernimmt Drummer Martin zusätzlich den Soundtüftler-Part.

Seit 2010 konnten Lexs schon einige Erfolge verbuchen. 2013 schaffte es das Duo ins Halbfinale des Bandwettbewerbs «MyCokeMusic» und zählte 2014 zu den 15 hoffnungsvollsten Schweizer Acts der «M4Music-Democlinic» in der Kategorie Pop.
