From a top down approach, this toolkit lists some actions that are possible to be achieved at an individual level according to 3 themes : Save energy, preserve natural resources and travel eco-friendly.
But above all, it’s a call to green initiatives, ideas.and actions. Because this kind of program can not be imposed ; It has to be shared and fed by people’s involvement.
