Description
Spannende thriller met o.a. Kevin Costner, Diane Lane en Lesley Manville gebaseerd op het boek “Let Him Go’’ van Larry Watson en geregisseerd door Thomas Bezucha.
Na het overlijden van hun zoon, verlaten de gepensioneerde sheriff George Blackledge (Costner) en zijn vrouw Margaret (Lane) hun ranch in Montana en reizen naar North Dakota om hun kleinzoon te redden. Hij is in handen gekomen van de gevaarlijke familie van de nieuwe man van hun schoondochter, met aan het hoofd Blanche Weboy (Manville). Ze komen er al snel achter dat de familie Weboy de jongen niet zo maar laat gaan.
