Leslie Ching - Poetry

Description
Those delicious vowels and syllables
Hard consonants and crisp suffix;
I let them roll on my tongue
And slip through my lips;
The soft, gentle puff of the P
The rotund, lazy yawn of the O
The short, effortless breath of the E
The light, musical ring of the T
The hard, grinding growl of the R
The smooth, long hum of the Y;
A feast to the mouth that tongues it
A banquet to the hand that pens it-
Poetry.
