One mystical, magical evening
I looked into my world
And found you there.
I never knew where you came from
Or how you got there.
Only that I was glad.
I never knew then
How you would turn my world upside-down,
That you would change my life forever.
Only that I wanted you there.
I never knew
That you would fill my days with your laughter,
Live in my dreams with your smile,
That I would long for your words
That inspire me,
Thrill me,
Heal my sorrow.
I only knew
That it had to be you.
