How I felt the waves and chords
how I felt them change me
altering my very appearance
entranced by the melody
I was lost in its melancholy
my eyes grew dark, and my skin glowed pale
becoming a nomad to light
I felt myself unfound in a dream
somewhere I heard you in the distance
'I am weak, but I am strong
I can use my tears to bring you home.'
singing to a lonesome moon
upon a victorian balcony you stood, alone
desiring your sweet remenisce, your kiss
I sought after you
moonbeams shone about your skin
arraying your face as deep violet
seductive as a black rose and as innocent as a lily
You appeared to me, beckoning me even closer
'Your taking me over, over and over'
My eyes caught by your spell, your scent
My heart deceived by pain
How I longed for you, and yearned for you
How immortality haunts me
never releasing me from your cold vice
still I lust for red
and the cure of your warm touch
