Lento Maez - A Whisper

I thought I heard a whisper in the breeze
It seemed to say stay with me please
It sounded so soft and peaceful
I couldn't help but fall to my knees

I searched for the source of the whisper
Foolishly I thought it was by a tall fir
Time seemed to move like a blur

As I went to a wonderful large tree
My eyes could not focus to see

A wisteria wrapped around it

Teasing me with its essence of you
