Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff Split

Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff have split.



That’s right, the lovable couple have gone their separate ways after 5 years of dating, and a source told E! news that they have actually been living apart since December.



We still don’t know what happened between them, but the source said that the pair was growing apart and it just made sense to end their relationship where it was.



The split comes just two months after Lena came to the defense of a Girls producer was accused of rape. She said of his accusation that it must be part of the 3% of rapes that get misreported every year.



She was quickly skewered for her statement and she later apologized for her comment.



Since then she has largely stayed out of the public eye and took a hiatus from social media.



Now we wonder if her comment had anything to do with her split… or is it just a coincidence?
