Lee Sharon - Bullies

Bullies, is a everyone has experienced ride,
as in they got picked, there is surely no escape,
you cannot hide.

Why can they not make peace with you and leave you alone?
Especially those which you do not bother them.

You sit quietly in your place,
trying to mind your business.
You did no mistake.
Why do they harass you for being well mannered?

Do they want to see you cry or pick a fight?
Do they just love just to torture you for their ruthless fun?

They are terrible! Very terrible!
Why do they pick on the weak?
Why can they not pick on someone their own size?
Can they not see fire and tears in your eyes?

You cannot ignore, you get angry and frustrated.
You wish you can do something.
You wish you can stand up for yourself.

But sometimes, you just need not to.
Because it will make it worst
than the first.

But sit aside and pray to God to settle it.
And put your faith and trust in Him.
