Learning To Read

A fomer teacher turned author is offering support to young primary school children in the area of reading. Ms.Wynnell Caesar taught remedial English at both the Scarborough and Roxborough Secondary Schools, before the teaching programme closed under the previous administration. She has written a book, ' Learning to Read, a Step by Step Approach to Reading. The author and former teacher sat down with Elizabeth Williams at the CCN Tobago Bureau in Scarborough.
