Learn Java 2.32- Game Applet- Animation from Sprite Sheet

In this Java Game Applet tutorial we will learn how to cycle through images on a Sprite Sheet to create an Animation. We will set up a float value called frame that will cut out the specific frame we want from our sprite sheet, as the frame value changes, so does the image frame from the sprite sheet, hence creating an animation. Boo-yeah.
