Learn Java 2.2- Game Applet- Game thread for Graphics and FPS

In this Java game development tutorial series we will set up the main thread for our java game applet. The thread will handle all of the updating for our graphics as well as check for collisions and sounds. We want the thread to run at a certain rate, or FPS, so we will set that up in this tutorial as well.
