Leaking Pen - Fallen Leaves

Hope is the dream of fallen leaves
Tornadic winds snaps the buds of May
To witness the last hour of breath
Spring love gives up its tender soul.

A sickness that no one speaks its name
From fear of more pain tormenting the fallen
As they lay in bed suffering from its swells
No soul or body should bare such calamity

When Gods ears silent to prayers from the heart
And dreams shutter the spine of youth
No parent is capable to deliver to the grave
The breath they birthed after their own

Left behind aging hearts guilt for life
Cycle interrupted when the devil becomes God.
