You told me things I've never known
You've shown me feelings I've never shown
You gave me company when I was down
You asked for my smile, yet I frowned
You whispered to my ear the secrets
I did not hear, I did not care
But on that starry night
when you met your man, it was til then
That I realised this one thing I miss
the one thing you bestowed to me
then took back and away from me
the one thing I never admitted the truth of,
Your love.
