Laywers react after court reserves decision on 'Allah' use
Description
Lawyers from both sides have reacted to the Federal Court reserving its decision on the Herald's application for leave to appeal the Court of Appeal's decision to ban the publication from using the word Allah, for a later date.
The Herald's legal team, and its editor Father Lawrence Andrew however are confident that they will get leave to appeal the decision.
However if the Federal Court decides against them, then there will be no further legal avenues for the Herald.
