Lawmakers turn Rowdies
Description
Politicians abusing power across the country. In Gujarat's Navsari district, BJP Councilors attacked hotel staff for refusing to serve them after closing time. The councilors even tried to set fire to the place. The police, meanwhile, has arrested all the three councilors of BJP who had ransacked the hotel. Remember the incident comes just a day after some Maharashtra MLAs thrashed a police official for trying to check over-speeding by an MLA. The question we asking today on Speak Out is -- Are upholders of law, above the law? What punishment should be given to rogue politics? Are we electing the wrong people? Is expelling from their respective elected bodies enough?
